Permanent - the fixed annual salary for this position is at least 50,000 euros gross per year. Overpayment is dependent on qualifications and professional experience.
Your responsibilities:
Main tasks
- This job is a newly created role, which targets to provide strong Financial Steering support for the Regional Sales Management East (located in Vienna) and fostering continuous improvements between entities and the Finance community
- Provide executive summaries and insights for the financial management reporting and other presentations. Prepare and present monthly the Finance report for the Sales Region to the CEO/CFO together with the Regional Sales Director East.
- Act as the interface manager between the Regional Management, Head of Finance, Controlling and the legal entities of the Sales Region East
- Foster sharing and implementation of best-practices within the Sales Region East and the ALBIS Group
Other tasks
- Act as a sparring partner and challenger for the Regional Management to ensure an efficient steering of the organization in line with the Strategy, driving profitability and process improvements
- Anchor and improve the financial forecast in the Region
- Perform Working Capital Performance Evaluations, derive measures and foster target achievement
- Support, coordinate and challenge results of the regional annual planning process.
- Support general finance and administrative projects
Your profile:
Experience and know-how
- You have successfully completed a degree in Economics, preferably with a focus on finance/controlling
- You have already gained several years of experience in the field of finance/controlling in an international company, ideally in a matrix reporting structure
- A solid accounting knowledge, good skills in SAP and excellent MS Office know-how is a must
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in working with Tagetik and Power BI
Personality
- You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
- You need capabilities to analytically identify trends and implementing concepts (e.g. enhancing forecast and reporting, strategic alignment of the Finance community)
- An analytical way of thinking and excellent communication skills are required
- An independent, goal-oriented working style, distinct intercultural competence and the ability to work in a team complete your profile
